Due to the nature of services offered, refunds are not provided once a session or program has been purchased.

If you need to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be rescheduled.

Programs (including Phoenix Path) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
